Summary: Our room got flooded because the air conditioning. Once reported they took a long time to come to the room. Threw towels on the floor and told us it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t move us to another room. No air conditioning all night and didn’t reimburse us.

Summary: Make sure when booking to find out about AC and extra charges when arriving at hotel. That is not advertised and should be. Advertised is all taxes and fees included and that is not so. Don’t be surprised to pay extra. Email with that explanation landed in my inbox 30 minutes after check in. Not a happy camper.
